How long will it take to receive my order?

The time it takes for our customers to receive an order depends entirely on the locale, the shipping method chosen and the date the order was made. Please be aware that the stated delivery times, although often accurate, do vary depending on delays within the postal system. Any delays that occur during transit are entirely down to the postal service in charge of delivering the parcel.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also log in to your account to view order status.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.  We cannot accept returns on used baby bassinet for hygiene reasons. Initiate a return by [email protected] our support team.

My baby bassinet arrived damaged. What should I do?

We rigorously quality-check all products, but defects can rarely happen. Please contact our After-Sales Support team immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will swiftly send a replacement or provide a refund.
